A perfect after-the-rain outfit: cozy wool jacket with printed skinnies and a bit of peek-a-boo color to brighten my mood after a downpour. Forgot that I bought this scarf (in red too) from a local jewelry-n-trinkets shop. The tassels are quite charming and the ruching of the fabric gives it a nice bounce. Will have to plan more outfits around these fun neck warmers.
