It has literally been raining cats & dogs these past several days to the point that even Bryan thought he saw a cat fall out of the sky. The rain let up a bit today, so I was finally able to take some outdoor shots. I've noticed that a lot of bloggers live in dresses and even some that have sworn off pants/jeans. Well, I guess I'm the opposite except I haven't sworn off dresses as you can see from my last post. My typical day's uniform consists of skinny jeans, boots, and a top of some sort. I wouldn't consider myself a tomboy because I do have a penchant for girly things, but I feel most comfortable in a pair of skin tight pants preferably tucked into some booties. My denim of choice? Tripp NYC. After searching for the perfect pair of skinny jeans, I found that Tripp makes the most comfortable ones, they come in an array of colors, and secretly I feel like they were custom made for me because of the "T" on the back pockets (I bet you're laughing at me). The kicker- I usually purchase them from Hot Topic. I know, I know... my Warped Tour days are behind me, but hey, it's not so bad when you're purchasing your favorite brand of jeans for cheap. These Tripp jeggings were $7. Yep, my little sisters tipped me off to the 50% off clearance sale.
And I finally gave into getting the Urban Outfitters jewelry hand stand made popular by knight cat. I almost bought it twice while in UO, but finally went back after not being able to get it off my mind. I'm so glad I did. It's lovely and amazing in every way. Plus, it has some weight to it which will come in handy when you have a klutzy hubby who dresses right next to your dresser. Kudos to UO for hubby-proofing this product.
